I leased a 2014 CRV and left the dealership with all my questions answered and extremely satisfied at the services provided to me; I was undecided of what color I wanted my CRV to be and wanted to compare the black and the blue versions. The blue was not available onsite but Herbie managed to get one from a different location. Even though the dealership became busy towards the end of the leasing process Herbie still took the time to help me familiarize with my new vehicle; he even helped me connect my phone to the car's bluetooth.
