Our newest vehicle was not the first that my husband purchased from this dealership. The cleanliness of the entire sales, waiting and service areas speaks volumes, however those qualities are not as exc purchased from this dealership. Our last sales transaction a week ago exceeded the previous one 3 years ago. I must give a special thanks to Herbie Rosario. From the start he was inviting, professional, honest and was very patient as we took the time we needed to make the best decision for our family. No pressure, no haggling, no nonsense...Exceptional! He answered all of our questions, took his time with us, even though we were pretty slow with making the decision. The best part was we had our 5 year old with us who was asking more questions and who is a bit of a spotlight conversationalist. Herbie answered each repetitive question, played and joked with her to divert her attention while we looked and discussed our thoughts. He not one time lost his cool or patience-wow! When he spoke about the dealership, he spoke with such pride and expressed that D&C Honda is a great place to work and he's been with the company for 10 years. Seeing that type of pride expressed was great to hear and we could tell he was truthful. Another great thing was when my husband and Herbie had to walk away, a gentleman walked over offering a coloring book and crayons and talked with my daughter to keep her calm when she began to cry because she was leaving her car behind to get the new one! Wow again! Herbie is an exceptional asset to this dealership and we will see him again when we are ready for our next Honda in 3 years. I recently bought a certified, used Honda Accord LTC, from Herbie Rosario at Tenafly Honda. Herbie sold me my previous car and at that time i was impressed with his help and honesty. AFTER I agreed to purchase the car, he told me of the dealership's policy of lowering the selling price for cars on the lot "too long". This time also, I purchased a car that had been on the lot a while. It was my luck to select a car with an apparently unpopular color. I can only imagine people did not look at it because it was called "green". I generally don't like the color green, but this is a beautiful, subdued, silvery, grey/green. It was MY luck that it was left on the lot! (and reduced in price) The only thing i was a bit uncomfortable with was that I HAD to purchase it FAST, as it was going to be auctioned on the 1st of the month. I'd seen it before and had test driven it, but really wanted to wait for an insurance check. Because of the timing, I was unable to do that andHAD to take out a loan from Honda, until I got the check (which came 3 days later). Their loan dept. doesn't have rates as low as my credit union, but there was no time, so I took the best one they could offer. I'd love to send the check to them immediately, but apparently can't until I receive their paperwork! I'm very pleased with Herbie Rosario's service at the Tenafly Dealership! More

I got my first car from Honda of Tenafly. Since this is my first car I did not have the technical expertise to look for the things when buying a car. Lynn suggested that should rectify it by spending few hundred dollars more. This was really helpful because the final output was really cool.
