In addition to the $385 I spent to have a cylinder lock changed I was told by Ritchie that it would cost another $375 to fix the remote. After my negative experience with Mr. Markovski my next stop was to changed I was told by Ritchie that it would cost another $375 to fix the remote. After my negative experience with Mr. Markovski my next stop was to D C Honda to find out if the part he said I needed existed. While at D C Honda, I asked if they would check the remote to see if it needed to be reprogramed and you’ll never guess . . . the remote works . . . and without spending the additional $375 that Ritchie Markovski told me it would cost to fix. Needless to say, I will avoid using the Tenafly Service Center in the future. More
My girlfriend and I started our search for a used car to replace a Dodge Grand Caravan that is on its last legs. We researched and researched and researched until we found an SUV, with an acceptable amount of miles, looked clean/fresh, and was within our price range/budget. There were a few choices and one of them was Honda of Tenafly. Immediately we saw the value, and considering the carfax is available right on their website, you know you can trust the numbers to back up the quality of service. I got a phone call from Sandra, who set up everything, and knowing that we didn’t have the best credit, they were still willing to work with us to get it done. I was assigned Mr. Herbie Rosario and quickly got a call from him shortly after I had talked to Sandra. Now, we live in Reading PA and considering this would be a two and a half hour drive, we wanted to make sure that we had all the details before we came out to see the car. Mr. Rosario prepped us with everything we should bring. When we arrived to the dealer, they have a Valet that takes your car and parks it for you. We met Mr. Rosario, took the CRV for a test drive, and shortly after that we were driving away in our new car. If you’re looking for a no-pressure, honest, car-buying experience, Honda of Tenafly is exactly that, especially if you’re dealing with Mr. Rosario. Will McCann More

I liked the fact that he is very passionate about his work and about Honda. you can tell he really enjoys what he does, and that he believes Honda is a great company that manufacturer's quality products. he knows his cars very well, and takes his time to you to explain every intricacy, which I found helpful after I was on my own. in terms of price negotiations, I was a bit under the gun and really needed a car right away, so the price for the lease that was presented to me was what I decided to agree upon. I believe I could have negotiated, but from my perspective the pricing was fair. I always feel like this when buying/leasing a new car at any dealership, and if there is one dealership that made me feel the most at ease, it would definitely have to be Honda of Tenafly. I give them two thumbs up, and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. More

This is the 2nd Hybrid Civic I have purchased from Herbie at Honda Tenafly and in the 8 years since my last purchase, Herbie has only grown more skilled at understanding what is important to me and finding me a vehicle that will meet my needs. Even when juggling customers, Herbie finds ways to keep me engaged in the process. When no hybrids were available on the lot he brought out a regular Civic because the interior and dash board had the most similarities to the car I was purchasing. First off let me start off by saying how great this dealership. When you first arrive they don't come out and bother you about a car to buy. When you walk into the building they greet you with a sales dealership. When you first arrive they don't come out and bother you about a car to buy. When you walk into the building they greet you with a sales associate within minutes. My sales associate was Herbie. I must say this guy is very passionate about his job. He is very knowledgeable about different Honda's etc. The one night we came late at around 8pm and they close at 9pm. Herbie stayed with us until around 10pm which i thought was an amazing effort to make a customer happy. He took us for a test ride with the Honda. We came back thursday to pay for the car and purchased it. I would highly recommend coming back here to purchase a car from them. They are excellent with customer satisfaction they make you feel at home in there the way they treat you. So if you guys are look for good service i would recommend coming here. I went to the Paramus dealership and was not pleased. More
