Herbie was exceptionally patient, informative and helpful. I felt that he really wanted to understand my needs in a car, and sell me the best product that was suited to me. If I was uncertain about some aspect of the car, Herbie was very generous in offering extra time to explain whatever I needed. In fact, even after I purchased the car, and found that I had some residual questions about it, Herbie encouraged me to come in with the car, so that he could explain how different features worked. Even at that subsequent visit, when the car was already mine & I had driven it around, Herbie showed the same patience, intelligent communication skills, and care that he had before I had purchased the car. There was absolutely no pressure to buy at all; not even at the finance dept for the extra items like warranty/service plans. Herbie is simply the most easiest to deal with and down to earth salesperson that I've ever encountered while shopping for a car. I was originally shopping for a hybrid but Herbie was able to demonstrate that for someone in my situation, it would not make any sense. He actually steered me towards a vehicle that not only cost less, but also made more financial sense for me.
