This dealership is the absolute worst. From a sales side they do not keep promises with regards to service they will provide. Also, they were supposed to give me a new registration on the certified pre-owne they do not keep promises with regards to service they will provide. Also, they were supposed to give me a new registration on the certified pre-owned car i purchased, but instead they transferred my plates from a car I wasn't selling or trading in, so they left me driving around with two cars that were not properly registered. They promised to use touch up paint on scratched surfaces and did not, they promised to rotate tires and did not... They sold me rain guards for my windows and when i went to pick up the car they were not Honda Guards but aftermarket and looked very poor, they were bought at a local autozone, only after i insisted did they order the real honda brand guards for me. Service was the worst part about this dealership. I would complain of an issue, go in multiple times before they repaired it and half the time I had to go to DCH Paramus Honda to get my car serviced by knowledgeable mechanics. It was always an argument to prove that the car was mechanically failing while under the warranty, meanwhile they always ended up finding an issue in the end, so they just didn't want to do the repairs. Also, they on multiple occasions left my car in worse condition than I left it. Once the leather inside was dirty from their muddy boots, i had to drive back for them to clean it, once they cracked my windshield and then had to replace it, once they changed a taillight that had a leak and forgot to put a bulb in so I was driving around with no tail light. Once they had to take out the rear deck for a leak in the trunk and they forgot to put the trim back around it. They sold me a car with the valves tapping loudly, they agreed it would need repair before i bought it, but never repaired it. The car was certified pre-owned, never ran smoothly and they would never make it run smooth either. More

Previously went to Garden State Honda but it seemed so impersonal there. My husband and his family have been going to DC Honda for years so he took me to DC Honda. Best part was - the day I came in to drive the car off the lot, he sat in the car with me for 15-20 minutes making sure I understand all the features and set up my bluetooth and radio. Most car dealers want you off the lot the second they have your money. He's great with communication and when I can't speak at work, he sends me emails or texts to make sure I am kept in the loop. Hope to come back in a few years for another one! More
This is the fourth Honda my family has purchased or leased through Herbie Rosario. I have never before met a car salesman as forthright and conscientious as Herbie. For my most recent lease, he completed virtually all of my paper work before I arrived to pick up my new car--all I had to do was spend a few minutes with the financial officer and sign the official papers. In addition, after I had the car for a day or so, Herbie called me to make sure I was satisfied with it. As long as Herbie is working at Honda of Tenafly, I will continue to buy Hondas--I like the cars, but I really appreciate the extra care that Herbie gives me and my family. If there were an annual Oscar for best car salesman, Herbie Rosario would win it year in and year out. More
Had an appointment at 10:45 for oil change. Came in at 10:30, was told to wait hour and a half. I agreed, but after hour and a half nothing happened. I asked one of service consultants to check on the status. She replied she would, but that is all she did. Waited another 20 minutes, she is still in her chair. Asked another person in the office to do the same. He was nice and went to research; told me the car would be ready in about 5 - 10 minutes. He apologized for the delay. Once again he was nice and very polite. Left in about 10 minutes. Obviously making an appointment is meaningless. Also the service rep. was polite, but that's all she is. Least she could've done is go and find out. More
I came in hoping to lease a Civic. Herbie was very friendly and knowledgeable. While exploring the mileage and pricing options, Herbie was very patient and thoroughly explained everything in a way that was friendly and professional. When I came in to pick up the vehicle Herbie was very patient and helpful with the insurance difficulties I was encountering. As a young customer shopping for a car, I was very uneasy but Herbie did a great job explaining everything to me and putting me at ease without pressuring me to purchase anything that didn't suite my needs. The entire experience was exciting and done quickly and easily. Herbie is an excellent professional and salesman. It is also noteworthy that his sense of humor regarding my very old trade-in vehicle was greatly appreciated. More

Of course the cars are great, but everyone knows that Hondas pretty much sell themselves; even so, we don't even consider going elsewhere because they make it such a positive experience. More
