When I first visited Honda of Tenafly Frank LaRocca was the first person who approached me. I told him what I was interested in and we went outside to look at a few Civic LXs. Frank was friendly and outg the first person who approached me. I told him what I was interested in and we went outside to look at a few Civic LXs. Frank was friendly and outgoing and answered all my questions. We talked about price and with that information I went home. I also looked at a Subaru Impreza but ultimately the Honda Civic won out. I returned to Tenafly a few days later and with Frank's help decided on color and financing. Four days later I picked up my car and Frank spent a lot of time giving me a tutorial on all the new electronics in the new car. Again, he was very helpful and well informed and helped a great deal. A couple of days after I drove off in my new Civic, Frank called to ask how the car was and if I had any questions. I never had a car salesman followup with a call like that and I very much appreciated it. Overall the entire experience at Honda of Tenafly was very stressfree and enjoyable thanks to Frank LaRocca.
