I called and spoke with Mark Randall and he was very nice. He was straightforward with information and pricing so I made an appointment to see him that evening. When I arrived Mark was helping another customer and he asked Herbie Rosario to help me. Herbie was great. He listened to what I wanted and what was important to me. He did not try to upsell me or give me something I did not ask for. I appreciated his candor and no nonsense style. The pricing Mark provided me over the phone was exactly what Herbie offered me at the dealership. There were no surprises. I started the approval process that night and I was approved by the next morning. When I went back to the dealership to pick up my Civic Mark showed me all of the features on the car and walked me through the rest of the process. this was my first time leasing and then buying a new car. Herbie does check up occasionally to see if everything is OK. i would not be writing this if Herbie was not helpful and personable and i have recommend him to a couple of freinds and relatives.
