Honda of Tenafly is a one-stop shop for getting a car for me at this point. This is the 4th Honda I have bought from them, now I have had 2 Accords and 2 CRVs. We came to Honda of Tenefly because we were looking for a specific car (a 2009 black Honda Accord Coupe V6) and your dealership was only one in NJ who had it. We came on a Saturday morning at probably the busiest time of year and everyone at the dealership was very friendly, even when I became impatient for having to wait so long. We even got a free lunch while we were waiting for our car to be cleaned and prepped. :) I would defintely consider going back there again, even though it's over an hour drive. Thank you. :) More

Unlike past experiences with sales agents at dealerships,Herbie's friendly,gentle manner allowed me to comfortably explain my needs in a vehicle. Herbie attentively listened w/o agressively attempting to alter my focus. When unassure of a specific vehicle's features while comparing,Herbie clearly stated the differences and advantages,in very understandable terminology. His 'soft sell' approach allowed me the necessary time needed to mull over my options. Ultimately,when my decision was made ,Herbie further re-assured me by reviewing the previous owners car history with me. After finalizing the sale, I requested the car's year specific manual.Herbie promised that he would immediately order one and contact me upon arrival.I was somewhat skeptical that this request would be honored,since I had been accustomed to false promises of sales reps in the past. However,Herbie Rosario's honesty prevailed when he subsequently notified me of the manual's arrival. He very patiently explains where everything is located on each car and all the new improvements that have been added. By the time he is finished, you really have a good understanding of your new car. Herbie is totally non pressure though, as is the whole dealership. Where can you go and shop around for a car without someone breathing down your neck. The quality of our cars continue to be exceptional. Hondas are now the only cars we will buy.
