After I got there, I changed my mind on the trim level and was promptly given another "best" price without the "What will it take to earn your business today" line that car dealers are famous for. During my car search, I contacted a few other Honda dealers as well. A couple of them wanted me to come in before getting serious with a price. Tiffany Springs and one other dealer gave me their best price right off the bat. (Both dealers were about the same price.) I bought from Tiffany Springs because they were the first one I tried via the web and all three people I worked with were very friendly and helpful. The dance that the buyer and seller go through during a traditional vehicle transaction does nothing but waste time and ruins the experience for the buyer. Internet pricing is the only way to go. Just give me your best price and I will buy it if I like the price. Simple for everyone. On one slightly negative side, the delivery of the vehicle could have been a little better. I didn't feel enough of the features/controls/adjustments were explained or demonstrated. It isn't something that would keep me from buying another vehicle from this dealer because I am sure they would have answered any question I had. I was just expecting more of a demonstration of where everything was, how it worked, etc. More

Just bought my 3rd Honda from this dealership. I've had three Hondas since 2010 and bought all three from the Tiffany Springs dealership. The sales people are knowledgeable, very helpful, and eage I've had three Hondas since 2010 and bought all three from the Tiffany Springs dealership. The sales people are knowledgeable, very helpful, and eager to work with you. There is a little bit of upselling which I don't like, but hey, they have to make a living too. The financing was fast and easy and I think the best part is the continuing relationships. I always take my cars there for maintenance and the maintenance guys usually remember me and my salesman always speaks to me if he sees me come in. Great bunch of people! Oh and I've never had one bit of trouble with any of my Hondas, quality car all the way. More

They also held the most value so finding one in my price range was possible as they hold up well in mileage. The sales people were very patient in listening to my number crunch and giving me some great options to make a affordable choice. With my third child on the way, this was important to me. No pressure in getting something out of my budget was nice, and they were VERY confident in their product and the mileage which I found pretty interesting. Just today I was sitting next to someone from work who told me her Honda has almost 300k miles, so my 100k seems new! We loved the manager as well along with the finance guy. Overall it was a great experience all the way around. They just didn't fill up my tank before I left so I gave them 4/5 stars! HA! More
