Great and timely service Zac Thomas was my service rep. I dropped my car off for a problem at 11 am even though I had a 1pm appointment. This was the only time I could get ride to the dealership. Explained my issue to Zac as best I could...so scrapping noises under the hood on the right side. A little after 1pm, got call from Zac telling me the car was ready for pick-up. I was totally surprised. When I got there told me it was a rock that had lodged itself between the brake pad and rotor. We had a good laugh. Really appreciated how Zac treated me. More

We moved from a small town and always had a goo Maybe you already know how great the team at Honda of Tiffany Springs is...but I didn't so here we go. We moved from a small town and always had a good relationship with our local dealership. Last week I started looking for a Honda Accord Hybrid and checked my old dealership's inventory online and they didn't have one. That is when I looked at the dealership near me, Honda of Tiffany Springs. They had SO MUCH to look at, even this late (September) of the model year. The salesman, Pedro knew we were reserved and only looking and gave us a lot of room. But we did enjoy looking at all the different models and being treated like royalty. The buying process was mostly painless...and we got a really good deal. We got to know Jesse back in the finance department and he was also low pressure. That always helps when you know what you want and are not pressured into getting things you don't think you need. Mrs. Mora helped us out in getting acquainted with the Accord we chose. All in all, a very good experience. More

Battery on its last cell Early Saturday morning, after driving to the car wash and then drying off the car, it wouldn't start. After a small prayer, it did start, and I ca Early Saturday morning, after driving to the car wash and then drying off the car, it wouldn't start. After a small prayer, it did start, and I called Mike Bair and of course he said bring it on in we will get you in to see about it. Although there were many cars in the bay areas, and once I turned off the car again, they had to jump start it to move it. Within 45 minutes a new battery had been installed, all the fluids were checked and a look see at the brakes and I was on my way! I can always count on Mike who I have called on for his assistance since I purchased my second Honda when the dealership was on North Oak. Now on my third Honda, guess you can say my service man Mike Bair and my salesman Bill Robinson are always looking out for me and my Honda! More
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM! SO I NEEDED TIRES, DID NOT KNOW WHAT SIZE OR MUCH OF ANYTHING EXCEPT I NEEDED THEM NOW. CALLED AND SPOKE TO KENNY WILLIAMS, HE LOOKED UP MY CAR, IN TH SO I NEEDED TIRES, DID NOT KNOW WHAT SIZE OR MUCH OF ANYTHING EXCEPT I NEEDED THEM NOW. CALLED AND SPOKE TO KENNY WILLIAMS, HE LOOKED UP MY CAR, IN THE HONDA SYSTEM, FOUND ME AND MY CAR, LOOKED UP THE SIZE TIRES I NEEDED, CHECKED TO SEE THEY HAD THEM IN STOCK AND GOT ME AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT AM, BRIGHT AND EARLY. I SHOWED UP DROPPED IT OFF AND IN 2 HOURS KENNY CALLED AND SAID IT WAS READY. GOT THERE AND KENNY WAS ON HOLD WITH SOMEONE, AND HE ASKED HIS TEAM MEMBER BEHIND HIM TO CHECK ME OUT. NO PROBLEM, KENNY AND I CHATTED WHILE TEAM MEMBER RAN MY CARD AND GOT MY TICKET. THEN KENNY, WHILE STILL ON A LONG HOLD, REVIEWED ALL MY INFO ON MY CAR AND SHOWED ALL IS WELL WITH IT. I FEEL BAD I DO NOT REMEMBER THE SECOND GUYS NAME BUT IT COULD HAVE BEEN ANY OF THE SERVICE WRITERS, THEY ARE ALL GREAT. More
