It is not everyday that you find a service adviser who cares enough to work with you on time and money when your job is calling & the warranty runs out. I have never felt taken advantage of with Jason. He provides me with suggestions & possible time frames on repairs but is never pushy with me. They were actually less expensive than the place I'd been using, and everything about the experience was amazing! Very helpful and friendly staff, a beautiful waiting area with Wi-Fi and coffee/snacks, nice and clean, with tables where I could work while I waited. Josh was great and explained things well, and followed up on everything I asked about. I love the inspection they do (every time!) and a free car wash at the end. Wow! I look forward to going back!
