Burned oil smell I did not have an appointment on Friday, but Honda of Tiffany Springs worked me in because I smelled burning oil. Mike Bair had the problem quickly a I did not have an appointment on Friday, but Honda of Tiffany Springs worked me in because I smelled burning oil. Mike Bair had the problem quickly assessed and I needed a valve gasket replaced. When I went to pick up the car, the problem was fixed, Mike explained all work performed and my engine looked new from the cleaning and my car was washed. Mike always makes auto repairs less painful. From the beginning, I have had my service done with the same expert Service Department and primarily, Service Advisor Mike Bair. Mike knows what is needed and I trust his recommendations explicitly. He is always eager to get the service completed as soon as possible and makes sure that I understand everything that was completed and that I am completely satisfied with the job done on my car. I have referred friends and family to this dealership because of Mike and I plan to be one of his customers for the long-term. I STILL have a smooth riding vehicle after all these years! More

I left a message with Mike on Black Friday and inquired about the correct size of tires being in stock and being able to be put on that day. He called me back with the information and the tires were on the car later that day. I appreciate Mike's time on what was a very busy day at the service center.
