A buying experience i did not expect, Thank you I arrived at Honda of Tiffany Springs just to look at a new Honda Civic. What amazing professional people. Vicki handled all of the financing details very quickly and Tim Minter was extremely helpful and had all of the answers. And those that Tim did not have were explained extremely well by Kyle and Anna. The more i am in the car the more it amazes me. Options and interior detail far beyond what is found on both BMW and Lexus. I had not purchased a car in some time so i had no idea what to expect. Wonderful experience, Amazing caring people. Great, friendly, efficient service I arrived on a Friday afternoon about 3 pm. I did not have an appointment, but they took my vehicle in and Kenny looked up the vehicle history and to I arrived on a Friday afternoon about 3 pm. I've branched out a time or two looking for "cheaper" options and always regretted that choice. When I have major repairs done Mike is great about explaining what's being done and telling me my options. Mike is the best representative they have! He knows what he's talking about. Further I appreciate that he has never talked down to me. Also shout out to Josh! When I have big service trips I often drop off my vehicle and ask for a ride to work. Josh has always driven me and he's very friendly and makes me feel comfortable and the ride seem short. More
