I just recently purchased ‘22 Honda HRV Sport. I went in there about 4 weeks ago just to look. I met with Maurice and he took the time to help me find a car exactly what I wanted. He went over the process a few times to make sure I understood that completely. He definitely was not a pushy car salesman like I’ve had in the past. He kept me up to date with the ETA for the vehicle. When it came in, he let me know and we scheduled a time to sign paperwork. I am definitely happy with my purchase, and Maurice’s professionalism. Deana has made our car buying experience incredible. For someone trying to build their credit back up, buying a new car can be really scary, but Deana was so kind and understanding, and made me feel very comfortable and confident. Very poor customer service dialog when referred to him on warranty related issue; when I called, I was told to come down and they would gladly handle... when I arrived, I was told by Jeff he will not handle warranty related issue; when I called, I was told to come down and they would gladly handle... when I arrived, I was told by Jeff he will not handle this warranted issue, but to take elsewhere! Bodes poorly for their dealership, and him as a service manager. More
