Saved the day! THANK YOU Mike Blair for taking care of my Odyssey Tuesday morning when I arrived at 7:15am with no appointment and almost a dead battery. Mike checke THANK YOU Mike Blair for taking care of my Odyssey Tuesday morning when I arrived at 7:15am with no appointment and almost a dead battery. Mike checked the battery when I told him the van was not wanting to start right away. The test printed out the battery was on its very last leg. Mike got the battery replaced and checked on the remaining warranty. In and out within an hour with a new battery and a car wash!!! More

I got in at my appointment time, it took less time than they told me it would, my car was washed an The service department just does everything right. I got in at my appointment time, it took less time than they told me it would, my car was washed and ready to go. One of the things I like best at Tiffany Springs Honda is how you pay where you turn your car in. No going to a cashier, waiting for the paperwork to arrive and trying to find your car when you're done. Mike had my car right outside the service department when I finished paying. It really is a good experience. More
