He walked me through what they were going to do and what to expect. They said it would be about 1.5 hours because they found a recall that needed to be fixed. They were true to their word and the cost was a little less than I thought it was going to be so that is always a good thing. Eddie did a great job keeping me informed as I waited. Speaking of waiting, the waiting area is nice and the coffee is decent. More

I called up Honda and scheduled an appointment, but I was not able to meet the time. So they rescheduled my appointment, and I was not able to show up the second time also. Kenny Williams, my service advisor, was very helpful in scheduling me an appointment (he made sure that they have a loaner car available) and also advising on things to be taken care of.
