The battery tested bad but no attempt made to clean corrosion around positive post or check for dry cells, which I did myself and found one dry cell and a couple more were low. Curious why a Honda 100 month limited warranty battery installed in 6/2013 already needs replaced and that was not discussed. More

He walked me through what they were going to do and what to expect. They said it would be about 1.5 hours because they found a recall that needed to be fixed. They were true to their word and the cost was a little less than I thought it was going to be so that is always a good thing. Eddie did a great job keeping me informed as I waited. Speaking of waiting, the waiting area is nice and the coffee is decent. More

I called up Honda and scheduled an appointment, but I was not able to meet the time. So they rescheduled my appointment, and I was not able to show up the second time also. Kenny Williams, my service advisor, was very helpful in scheduling me an appointment (he made sure that they have a loaner car available) and also advising on things to be taken care of. He is very professional and at the same time very helpful. I would rate him 5/5 More
