Excellent service in less than an hour! My 2016 Honda would not start. All systems were "dead". Roadside Assistance was called and arrived at my home as promised. Instead of a tow, the driver agreed to a jump start my car and refused a "tip". I drove straight to Honda of Tiffany Springs where I was greeted promptly and assured all my concerns would be addressed. My "faulty" battery was replaced under warranty and the tires were checked for proper inflation. The car was washed and I was carefully instructed on how to remove the information symbols on my dash, which had really annoyed me. All in less than 30 minutes and at NO CHARGE! Thank you for getting me in and out in such a small amount of time. More

I stopped by without an appointment and it was courteously replayed, with my senior discount applied. It was a busy day so my wait for the service to be completed was a bit longer than I expected, but less than they predicted; and less than it would have taken me to drive home and back another time! Now the Daylight Running Light is bright outside the car, not inside on the dashboard. I count on Tiffany Springs Honda for all the work on my 2010 Honda! More

Service dept worked w/ Honda because of headlight issue I had part of my headlight burn out on my 2016 Accord, and my car was just out of factory warranty, and I did not purchase the extended warranty. The service department worked with Honda and myself to see if they'd agree to pay for a portion of this repair since it was very pricey. They got them to agree to pay 80% and I was responsible for 20%. Truly appreciate them for even making the decision to contact Honda, because they didn't have to. This is my second Accord from this dealership, and I have always had great experiences. More

As a side issue, a bogus email address had been attached to our account and Mike fixed it. We don't know how that happened and looking at past receipts, it first showed up in December of 2016. The dealership could serve the customers better if they could figure out how that happened because I have not been getting these surveys so I could point out the outstanding employee that you have in Mike.
