I brought my car in because the AC was blowing hot air. Josh explained what he thought it could be and would have the mechanics check it out. After the mechanics checked my car out, Josh came back and explained in terms that I could understand and the approximate cost and time it would take to fix the problem.. At no time did I feel pressured into something I didn't need. Josh was very patient and answered all questions I had. He had a loaner car there on the spot. Josh said the service would be completed the next day by noon and would call me to let me know. He called me back the next day at the time he indicated he would and told me everything was done. Kuddos to Josh and your service department for taking care of my problem and for the obvious team work you have there at Tiffany Honda. More

Always feel safe I trust Honda of Tiffany Springs, especially Mike Bair, to give me the best, honest service possible. I feel comfortable when I drive into the service bay. I've never felt unneeded service was done....I've been told that service might be needed in the future and to keep an eye on things, but that service has never been done when not required. The service that has been done has always been done well. I've always been able to get my car in and out quickly, and gotten rides to work and from when needed. Mike has even gone above and beyond to rescue me when a faulty battery died in bitter cold weather. I'm moving out of town and am very sorry to be leaving. I don't know how I'll ever match the quality and comfort level I've experienced at Honda of Tiffany Springs. More
