Great Service on My 2012 CRV My recent service appointment for my 2012 CRV was great. I took the car in for tire rotation and also an oil change. It turned out that I also neede My recent service appointment for my 2012 CRV was great. I took the car in for tire rotation and also an oil change. It turned out that I also needed an alignment done as well. I was greeted promptly and courteously. Everything was explained to me on the service I would receive and I was also asked if I had any questions or concerns. The service was done in a very efficient amount of time and my car was washed and waiting for me when I returned. We have always have great service from this dealership. Service for a faulty seat belt and a last minute oil change. I called the service center on my way to work that morning, as my seat belt would not pull from the retracted position and was unusable for my morning I called the service center on my way to work that morning, as my seat belt would not pull from the retracted position and was unusable for my morning commute. Brody recognized that it was a safety issue and was able to get my car in that morning and was able to provide me with a loaner car so that I was able to drive to work. He called me a short time later to inform me that a new part needed to be ordered and my car would not be ready that night. He was good at communicating the status of the service. I think people generally don't like to take their car in to be serviced, but this visit exemplified the excellent customer service that Honda of Tiffany Springs consistently provides and is one of the reasons we have bought our cars from them in the past.
