Fast, friendly and smooth experience thanks to Kenny. Everything about my experience with Honda of Tiffany Springs pertaining to the service I received was excellent. The only problem I had, which really should never happen, is that it took three phone calls to make an appointment. The first call ,once I was transferred to the service department, the phone just rang off the wall and I finally hung up. I called back within five minutes. After being transferred to the service department, someone answered the phone but for some reason cut me off. The third call to the service department was successful and the rest was exceptional. I need to come back for additional service and would like to have Kenny set it up but I don't know how to call Kenny directly. A service advisor option would be nice even if it puts me in voice mail where my advisor could call me back. This sums up my total experience and as you can tell I am satisfied with everything except your telephone procedure. If you suggest I make my appointments on line I will be very disappointed in you. More

Account department Their accounting department is very bad. They do not want to reimburse my gap insurance money. It's been 3 1/2 months. As of 3/28/2017.
