He is terrific at explaining the problem with our 99 CRV. He gave us our options and cost of the replacement parts. We made our decision and Mike surprised us and gave us a ride home. Mike called the next day to tell us our car was ready and offered to come and get us if we did not have a way to get there. You all are above and beyond taking care of your customers. We have an older Honda, but your service department always treats it like it was a newer model. That is so much appreciated. Thanks again and keep up the great service. More

Came in for an oil change and car wash. Team helped and got the job done. Jason took great care of me and was willing to hand wash the car for me since the car wash was "down again." Funny becuase everytime I go there they say the car wash is "down." Additioanlly, the automated service called my wifes number for the 2-3 day follow up in stead of my phone number. A Shocking Discovery, then Shock Therapy I had my 2008 Civic in for an oil change and the change the air filter and cabin air filter. At checkout, when going over the vehicle inspection, it I had my 2008 Civic in for an oil change and the change the air filter and cabin air filter. At checkout, when going over the vehicle inspection, it was revealed to me by Brody that I had a leaking rear shock. I returned 2 days later and again had Brody as my Service Advisor. Service was quick, attentive and that day's vehicle inspection revealed everything to be in great condition. Not bad for 809,000 miles. That includes 809,000 miles of service from Honda of Tiffany Springs. More
