Oil Change Plus I took my 2009 Honda Civic Hybrid in for an Oil change. After reviewing all the codes that my car showed, my vehicle was due for a transmission fluid I took my 2009 Honda Civic Hybrid in for an Oil change. After reviewing all the codes that my car showed, my vehicle was due for a transmission fluid change and a check of the brakes. A review of the recalls also showed that the passenger airbag needed replacing. Everything was completed within and hour and the total bill was $50.00 less than originally quoted. Mike did a great job taking care of me and my car. More

Rylan met me in the comfortable waiting room (great oatmeal raisin cookies and good coffee!) and showed me that the performance of my 4-year old battery was declining; since the replacement price was very reasonable, I OK'd replacement. They replaced the battery very quickly. The complimentary maintenance checks were thorough and the feedback on my tires and brakes were clear. The overall price was very reasonable, especially with the help of the coupons I had received in the mail and by email. Rylan Davis was friendly, courteous, professional and very efficient. I appreciated Jeff Hudson, now the Service Manager, remembering me from previous visits and stopping by to say hello in the waiting room. As usual, dealing with Honda Tiffany Springs was a great experience. More
