This seems like a very well run servic center. It is clean, orderly, responsive, and considerate. They lent me a new CRV as a loaner for no cost. Not Impressed in my first visit (and the last one) to Honda of Tiffany Spring to check my car based on a safety recall that I got by mail, I wasn't impressed at all in my first visit (and the last one) to Honda of Tiffany Spring to check my car based on a safety recall that I got by mail, I wasn't impressed at all. let me start by saying the technician how handled my car didn't even smile nor look at my face. he offered me to clean my car and I accept the offer, I was surprised that they didn't clean my car when they were done. the reason for this negative review is that: when I was thinking of purchasing the car, everyone at Honda of tiffany spring was nice and polite, after that, and during my last vist, I felt like i was treated with no respect.
