Oil change gone WRONG!! 2012PilotOwner I have gone to this dealership for almost 20 years and have been pleased with the service. We have Even bought 2 new vehicles from them. On 12/28 I I have gone to this dealership for almost 20 years and have been pleased with the service. We have Even bought 2 new vehicles from them. On 12/28 I was Very disappointed with the service. I went in for an oil change. After it was done I noticed two of the valve stem caps were missing and the other two were extremely loose. This has happened in the past thus I always check. This was addressed with them before I left the dealership. During the oil change I was advised I needed an air filter. I decided to do this myself to save some money. When I got home I noticed of the four screws two were snapped due to over torquing. The broken screw and screw heads were still by the air filter. I went back to the dealership and 40 min later it was addressed. Thanks Jeff Hudson. I greatly appreciate it being fixed. I understand it was busy and I was probably not the only issue they had that day. The lack of apology and being sorry for the issues was not there, which in the past it was. I called and left a message that same day with GM/Pat Deery who was in the office to let them know that I was not happy, but still have not received a phone call back. I come because they know the vehicle and make well explained and understood recommendations - the communications process is nearly perfect.. Because I follow their recommendations my 13 year old Honda runs like it did the first day I drove it. No matter the maintenance preformed, my car always drives better when I leave Honda of Tiffany Springs. Chris More

I would rate my experience higher than a 5 if I could! Jason was great! During the installation of a recall item the mechanics came upon a problem.
