2003 Civic Eddie was fantastic! 1st time having him as service advisor & he was exceptional! When I called to make an appt., he said they could take me as soon a Eddie was fantastic! 1st time having him as service advisor & he was exceptional! When I called to make an appt., he said they could take me as soon as I could get there which was exciting to me. He explained everything to me & the costs. He even had to request research on my past maintenance to make sure plugs & valve adjustment had not been done, which it hadn't been. I really appreciated the care Eddie took with me & my car. I love my Honda even at the ripe old age of 14! I loved meeting the mechanic too! He was super helpful! I felt very confident with him doing the work! Plus he went the extra mile to figure out what the vibration problem was--it's the tires. Wished I had bought them from TS Honda. Would not take my Honda anywhere else but Tiffany Springs! More

In-and-out-and-CHEAP!?! I had my 2008 Odyssey service at Tiffany Springs Honda in July 2016. Several items were handled including front brakes and rotor turning. A rubbing/ I had my 2008 Odyssey service at Tiffany Springs Honda in July 2016. Several items were handled including front brakes and rotor turning. A rubbing/scraping sound returned just 4 months later. I brought it in for an oil change, wiper blade replacements, and to have the sound checked. I was told a rock possibly worked its way in and created a groove. They turned the rotor and performed the other tasks for only $48!! I was really shocked. Brody Campbell took care of me quickly and efficiently. Overall, a really good visit. More
