Mike Bair is the reason we get service at HOTS. Mike Bair is our service advisor at Honda of Tiffany Springs. He's patient, honest and reasonable. As you know, Hondas are one of the safest and most reliable cars made. But, they do need service and sometimes things need to be fixed. Mike's been taking care of our cars for the past 18 years. He checks with us before, during and after service to make sure they're doing what we wanted. He'll save parts to show us what was wrong. And, he does a great job of explaining what was done. Our experience with Mike is so positive, it's limiting my next car has to be a Honda or Acura. (I even asked Mike when he is planning to retire so we can accordingly.) More
