We were very pleased with that purchase and also the service that was done over the years that we owned that vehicle. When it came time to look for another vehicle, there was no question in our mind that we wanted another Honda and also wanted to purchase it from Honda of Tiffany Springs. Our salesman, Jason C. Bosely was awesome and found us the perfect vehicle for our situation and price. The staff at the dealership couldn't have been nicer nor more helpful. Our purchase was handled in a very professional manner and we also loved the personal touch of having someone go over all the features and operation of the vehicle with us before we left the dealership. We returned today to complete a few issues and they were handled promptly and to our satisfaction. best 2 hours of my life Buying a car is always a long arduous process. There's a ton of paperwork, getting your insurance switched, test drives, haggling and all that jazz. I spent two hours at the Honda dealership on Saturday and I was so pleased all the way through. Jay, was wonderful and helped me get my first car. We started straight away with what I could afford and didn't even acknowledge cars outside of my price range. When I picked the car of my dreams he went out of his way to keep my payments low and to get me financed, which as a first time buyer, wasn't that easy. I so highly recommend this dealership and especially Jay. Wonderful visit! More

I feel like the mechanics are knowledgeable and competent. I trust them to find what may be wrong with it. The service managers do an excellent job of communicating the issue to me and I always have the option to decline service if it ends up being more than the original estimate. Even in the midst of an extremely busy day, they took my time into consideration, arranged for a loaner car so that I didn't have to wait an extraordinary long time, and had my car ready to go the very next day, prior to the agreed upon pickup time. If that isn't efficient, I don't know what is! At all times, I was treated with courtesy and respect. More
