Tim explained things with great detail, at times more encouraging than I would have liked but in the end we came to the same terms and were pleased with the ending result. Colette was thorough in explaining the electronic details and was friendly as well. Thank you guys for not dragging the process out too long and for getting me the high quality car that I was searching for! Very high pressure for financing and service agreement - was like tag-team, where salesman would pass off to finance person, then pass off to closing manager. Would not take no for answer on my obtaining credit union financing, or on no to service agreement. Employees obviously get extreme pressure from management to obtain the financing and service agreements. Prices from competition I checked with were all less, by $1,500 to $1,800, for cars almost but not as good. Credit union said sale price left us upside down on loan value, and that with additional loan for sales taxes, we were 10% upside down on loan when we left the lot. Gap coverage is a must for vehicle prices greater than loan values. Worst thing was if one spouse says no to whatever, they immediately work on the spouse who wants to consider the financing. Led to quite a marital argument that was so unnecessary. We purchased the best used car available I could find in city, but was very hard day, and hard on marriage. Management could have let personnel say yes to my obtaining credit union financing, accepted no to service agreement, and sold the car without all of the intense pressure. They are not the only dealers in city that are this way. We did obtain a lower interest rate from credit union, (2.29 vs 2.69%) by bidding financiers against each other - only good part about the long, tense and very stressful day. More

Awesome 2nd Chance Experience!!! I have been to other dealers to look for second chance options with purchasing a vehicle. The staff at Honda of Tiffany Springs listened to me and wor I have been to other dealers to look for second chance options with purchasing a vehicle. The staff at Honda of Tiffany Springs listened to me and worked with me to try to find the best deal. I ended up with a Certified Pre-owned vehicle that was exactly what I needed and wanted. We purchased the car on the first day of the dealership using a new computer system, so the purchasing process took a little bit longer than we would have liked due to lots of technical difficulties.
