Unreliable-couldn’t figure out problem for 2 weeks-had car and told me all these other things were wrong with it when they weren’t- had to have my car towed back twice after they so called fixed it- could car and told me all these other things were wrong with it when they weren’t- had to have my car towed back twice after they so called fixed it- could have had to accidents which could have caused injury or fatalities because it wasn’t fixed correctly- charged me for what the problem actually was- only got me a loaner on my 4 return visit,?which made me cancel all appointments! Lost all good faith in Honda. I could go on and on. Disappointed because when I first started using the service in prior years never had a problem. Would not recommend it at all! Good thing- they offer back and forth service. A lawsuit could have been served if an accident occurred! More
