Dropped my car at night after hours, and sent a quote to approve the work in the morning. When I picked up my car they had charged me nearly $100 more than I approved. Then the guy at the counter kept askin approve the work in the morning. When I picked up my car they had charged me nearly $100 more than I approved. Then the guy at the counter kept asking me if I had a copy of the quote, shouldn't he see what I approved on his computer? Why was it left up to me to find the paperwork? I felt like they thought I was trying to pull a fast one on them when really I felt like they tried to pull a fast one on me. Also the girl who was at the counter the night I dropped off my keys had an attitude and nothing better to do than sit on her phone. Additionally, I didn't want to give feedback but because I was asked at least five or six times by voicemail, email and automated texts I figure they really want to know. I was just going to let it go and choose service from somewhere else in the future. More

It was a great experience with a very knowledgeable salesperson. He was able to find exactly what I wanted. I even had to stop by a few days later because I couldn't figure out how to access the heat salesperson. He was able to find exactly what I wanted. The sales person who helped me even came out twice because I didn't completely understand the heat. The whole experience was very positive. More
