Theses guys were all great from making an appointment and getting the job done. They gave me a fast and convenient appointment. Ended up to be under warranty due to an extended warranty given due to a manufa getting the job done. They gave me a fast and convenient appointment. There extended service hours made it more convenient to talk to someone in person about my problem after getting off work!! Can’t say enough about my great experience with this dealership service department!! Even while waiting I ended up walking around showroom and was approached by sales staff but never felt pressured to buy anything. They were all so friendly that ended up chatting about vehicles even tho never had intended on buying anything. I would definitely purchase a new vehicle from this dealership when the need arises!! The Financial Dept including Frank, Delia and Robert have been disappointing in assisting on a matter with my Honda Care Coverage. For the past 2 months , Frank and Delia have promised immediate attention t been disappointing in assisting on a matter with my Honda Care Coverage. For the past 2 months , Frank and Delia have promised immediate attention to the matter as well as updating me and failed on both Robert never returned my call. Lisa in sales had committed to handling the matter and on 2 separate occasions failed to contact me with any further assistance. It’s a simple call to Honda Care and I don’t understand why after all this time no effort is being made other than being told how much I am valued as a customer. If that was true, this would be finished. It’s not but I am. I highly doubt I will purchase again from Honda Toms River. While the Sales and Service Departments are great, I’m done because of the Financial Department. I’m a very patient person but this is unacceptable. More
