It was a good experience overall, I just think the sales team needs an individual desk and not jumping around trying to look for a computer. All i can say is be careful and read fine print ! They sneak other fee’s in after agreeing to a price ( Tony the sales manager knows he agreed to a price and then they did what they did) then Manny the manager for the 2 stores offered me an oil change when he should have taken care of the additional numbers that wasnt shown up front. . Very disappointed and they know they did it. They Got me for extra $1999 for services they said they did to car and $200 for etching plus added gap insurance for $1200 because their $2200 added too much to much for bank for conventional loan! They got me. Don't let them get you. Will never use that dealer again ! Don’t trust them. There are many more bad reviews on this dealer , i wish i would have looked before i went there. They had the car i wanted and was blinded by the on-line price which didnt include the other fee’s They will tell you thats the way it is. Just be careful More
