Had a new battery installed at this dealership in Aug 2022 and the battery went bad. They replaced my battery free of charge under warranty. I got both front and rear brakes done while I was there. Cancelled deposit on a CRV and still waiting for refund. Initially during the negotiations, I didn’t notice I was being charged a markup of over $4,000. Part of this is because they place a $2k markup on vehicles. They’ll claim this is for all weather mats and wheel locks. This can be purchased and installed for less than $400. It’s a way of stealing people’s money. They also use CAL Automotive which has a higher Money Factor for Leases (Higher Money Factor = More Expensive Finance Charge = Higher Monthly Payment) compared to Honda Financial Services. CAL Automotive gives them a kickback. So not only are they marking the vehicle up in the front end, but they are also making profit off of customers in the back end. After realizing their sketchy business practice, I cancelled my order and was told I will be receiving a refund. Three weeks later, dealership is not returning my calls. Will dispute the transaction with my bank instead. Would recommend going elsewhere to find a Honda. This dealership is littered with greed. BUYER BEWARE More
