Deans Customer Service skills need sharpening. Very arrogant in his approach. I was told he takes the word of his Tecs over the word of the Customer. I didn't take being called a lier indirectly a Very arrogant in his approach. I was told he takes the word of his Tecs over the word of the Customer. I didn't take being called a lier indirectly as a good start to a productive business relationship I took my car to another Honda dealer to be serviced. Wish things could have worked out your a local business an I would have support. All the services messages on my car were on when I dropped it of an when I picked it up no one looked at the dashboard message $243.00 payed for poor service. More
