I had a good experience when I brought my car for an oil change. I was told that there were two other maintenance treatment the car needed and I agreed to do them but only if they would be done by no later change. I was told that there were two other maintenance treatment the car needed and I agreed to do them but only if they would be done by no later than 9:00am (my appointment was for 7:00am) since I had another engagement. The work was done by 9:15am and by 9:25am the car was given back to me after an external wash. More

I was very pleased with the overall service i received at Honda of Valley Stream, Hassan worked very hard in getting me the car and price that i was comfortable with.I was able to pick up my car in 1 day and Honda of Valley Stream, Hassan worked very hard in getting me the car and price that i was comfortable with.I was able to pick up my car in 1 day and the even took care of my other car in getting back to the dealership. I was at the dealership from 7am-1:30 pm.. When I left the dealership the tire pressure light came on and I had to return to the dealership for that. Long day!!!
