The intake service person was professional and friendly. In fact, all of the staff I came in contact with were great. My problem with the service dept. is overbooking. Regardless of how minor the repair/service is, the wait time is minimum 2 hours. While the waiting room is comfortable there are no amenities. At one time it was common practice to offer free coffee and bagels as appreciation to your customers. Now there are vending machines. Very disappointing. More
