Overall it’s ok. Wait was too long just for an oil change and the price of $49 plus tax for an oil change is too high. My final fill came up to $56.43 after all the extra charges they add on. Had to duplicate my key, only had one, came in told to make appt, which I did. Came on day of appt - walked in and told to take car to garage and they will take in. It was about 19 degrees out, so back make appt, which I did. Came on day of appt - walked in and told to take car to garage and they will take in. Went in and told them need new key, told $80 then he said to program key, I have auto start, would be additional $150 - never told that. So agreed, then he called to other shop thinking they can program with out additional fee, and told me to go over to other service desk, so back outside I went. Got over there, waited in line, and guy says he cannot program without fee, not sure why they sent me over. So back outside and to the guy who started to help me, then he says an hour and a half wait time - seriously this was crazy, all of this for a duplicate key, but again I had no choice. Does not seem they have their act together from girl that gave me appt to service guy. Seems like I was the first person that needed a duplicate key made... Also was Merrick road service More
