The language of the supervisor is not acceptable.I had an appointment on 5th jan22and he told me you don't have an appointment so come tomorrow. Without inspections, the supervisor told me I will charge $ an appointment on 5th jan22and he told me you don't have an appointment so come tomorrow. Without inspections, the supervisor told me I will charge $300 labor cost, the voice tone of the supervisor was disrespectful. I visited there 3times to fix the same issue they didn’t tell me when my car was in warranty period. instead of fixing the problem, they prefer to replace it. Don’t want to put effort. Please call. if possible. I am not happy with the service and behavior that I experienced last week. More

I went for a state inspection with an appointment for 1 pm. A little over 2 hrs later David Palmer tells me car doesn’t pass inspection because of a nail in the middle of the tire. An hour later David com pm. A little over 2 hrs later David Palmer tells me car doesn’t pass inspection because of a nail in the middle of the tire. An hour later David comes back telling me the car is ready for me. So they failed me for a nail in the middle of the tire all to hustle me to purchase a tire. After making me wait about three hours a customer since 2015 they send me on my way with no inspection on my windshield and not even the courtesy of a 10 day temp. I didn’t purchase a tire because the price was 50% cheaper on line. I told David P this but he didn’t care. Anyway to be treated like this after 7 hrs of patronage all to hustle me for a xxxx tire with a small nail in the middle was pretty un classy . I will never give anymore of my business and I also posted my experience on The Valley stream town web page so others can see how mean they are to customers. If they would e given me a temp inspection just to get home I would’ve respected that but they could’ve care less that I was now driving illegally . More
