This is the worst experience I had. the young lady at the cashier gave me attitude and was on her phone the whole time while talking to me and yelling at me to hurry up and pay and they the young lady at the cashier gave me attitude and was on her phone the whole time while talking to me and yelling at me to hurry up and pay and they charged me 600 to replace a battery and I only gave to get a 60 dollar oil change and at the end I had pay 700 dollars and then the same day all the warning light came up and I went back and they said 200 to check and it so stupid bc I bring the car the same day they worked on it and they charged me another 700 it so stupid I bring in the car for a 60 oil changed and they charged me 1400 at the and at the end the car still has issues and they want charge me 4k to fix it and it clearly there fault bc I maintain the car every month check the whole car and make sure the engine clean. That dealer is a scam and will overcharge you and give you more issue to your car they will never fix your car. More

I would like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding professionalism and support I received from the team at Honda of Valley Stream, especially Willie Mejia, Kevin Singh, Ada Ovalles, and Ga outstanding professionalism and support I received from the team at Honda of Valley Stream, especially Willie Mejia, Kevin Singh, Ada Ovalles, and Gary Lin. I found myself in a very difficult situation after purchasing a vehicle from another dealership that unfortunately led to significant mechanical issues. It was a stressful experience that I would not wish on anyone. Throughout the entire process, Willie Mejia was understanding, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me find the best possible solution. He took the time to explain my options and worked with me every step of the way. What impressed me most was that he didn't just offer one or two solutions—he presented multiple options and helped me make an informed decision based on my circumstances. Kevin Singh was professional and communicative throughout the service process, keeping me informed and helping me understand what was happening with my vehicle. In the end, thanks to the support and teamwork of the Honda of Valley Stream staff, I was able to move forward and drive away in a brand-new vehicle. I would also like to thank Ada Ovalles and Gary Lin for helping finalize the purchase and making the process smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was seeing how the entire team worked together to support their customers. I had a excellent experience with Willy and Tony they were outstanding and phenomenal. I bought a brand new car has an issue with the side rear glass. They went above and beyond got my window fixed withi were outstanding and phenomenal. I bought a brand new car has an issue with the side rear glass.
