Several years ago I had a very bad experience with then South Shore Honda and communicated same with Honda. I have to say that this experience, forced though it was as I had no intention of ever going back South Shore Honda and communicated same with Honda. i only had first oil change ( sales man told me that it will be free but i paid ) other two things i asked to check were - starter was not working ( 2nd key was in the car and i was told that was a reason will be free but i paid ) other two things i asked to check were - starter was not working ( 2nd key was in the car and i was told that was a reason and side rear mirror was not turning down ( Mirror switch was in middle ) for these simple things i waited 5 hours..............
