On Thanksgiving Day I noticed my car couldn’t start, battery life was ended..I used booster to car start. Couple times the same problem. Friday morning I call to service, After talking to service manag battery life was ended..I used booster to car start. Couple times the same problem. Friday morning I call to service, After talking to service manager Sam ,he told me to bring my car to the dealership the same day. I was very happy with the service. WORST DEALERSHIP On August 26th, 2019,I took my 2017 Honda Accord with 33,129 miles to Honda of Valley Stream with a engine knock, Mr. Alex Marcel was the service On August 26th, 2019,I took my 2017 Honda Accord with 33,129 miles to Honda of Valley Stream with a engine knock, Mr. Alex Marcel was the service representative who took my information and said he will get back to me. several days went by and didn't heard from anyone. I eventually went in and was told metal shaving was found in the engine and the oil in the engine looks too fresh like it was recently change. He request service history which was produce which shows the car was service on time or even before its was due. I also spoke to a manager Mr.. Sam who did nothing to help. As of now they want me to pay approximately $7,000. 00 to replace the engine because they refuse to honor the warranty. Today is October 23rd, 2019 and my car is still at the dealer and I am without transportation. AT THIS DEALERSHIP, YOU WILL EXPERIENCE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING TO SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY More

Parts Department worst customers service I started calling their Parts Department at 3pm. They will just answer please hold. I would for another 20 minutes and gets hang up. On my succeeding I started calling their Parts Department at 3pm. They will just answer please hold. I would for another 20 minutes and gets hang up. On my succeeding calls they would answer and say please hold and then cut off after 20 minutes. From 3 pm to 4:17 pm I was put on a waiting cycle only to be cut off. The worst customer service ever. All I need is ask them if they have a windshield wiper inserts for my daughters Honda CRV. More

Rude staff including the manager Sam who was literally yelling at customers in front of other people, impossible to get in touch with or get calls bac Rude staff including the manager Sam who was literally yelling at customers in front of other people, impossible to get in touch with or get calls back regarding status of car, they lie about what's wrong to avoid warranty coverage, they lie about when your car will be ready and then become impossible to get in contact with, charge more than other Honda service centers, don't offer loaner cars, very outdated waiting area with ripped up seating and a old TV and coffee machine.
