You will NOT be disappointed when you visit - and lease of purchase - a new Honda or a used (I don't like the term, "pre-owned," sorry) vehicle from these folks. Price is one thing - and they are competitive, but after you leave the showroom with your new vehicle, it's also what occurs after you and your money are parted that tells the rest of the story, and these folks meet every expectation and exceed what experience you may have had from other dealerships by a mile. After I sold my old car and ready to pay the price they promised, they said they have to sell me the same car at much higher price. At this point, I have no choice, but to pay a lot more to get the car which is out of my budget. They are just not honest people to do business with. I am so disappointed to work with them. More

Pushy and unprofessional sales people My wife and I were very interested in the Honda CR-V as it has great gas mileage, high safety ratings and some decent equipment that comes standard. My wife and I were very interested in the Honda CR-V as it has great gas mileage, high safety ratings and some decent equipment that comes standard. I came in and test drove one myself and really liked the car so I decided to bring my wife in on a Sunday so she could drive it for herself. We were paired with Len Benton as our sales rep who was helpful in getting us out for the test drive. He advised us that he would pull the numbers and have them ready for us by the time we got back. When we got back he started going through all of the numbers which seemed pretty good, until he realized he was looking at numbers for the wrong year. He then took another 20 min to get numbers for the correct year which was over $60 dollars more a month then what he had told us before we went out. As we are sitting there waiting for him he starts to help another customer, and is literally asking and giving the customer paperwork as he is sitting at a desk with my wife and I. We told him that we knew people who had the same car for the same terms who were paying a lot less, to which point he said let me talk to my manager and see what I can do. He came back and said 336 was the best he could do. We got up and left, only to have him call my wife on Monday saying they could do 300, but when I called to check in I was quoted 326. After a lot of phone tag and waiting for the “deal manager” to come in on Tuesday I was told the best they could do was 323, and if I could find a better deal I should go elsewhere. We told him that was too much and thanked him for his time. Then on the coming Saturday he calls my wife 3 times and says that they can do 317. Every time we speak with him its wait for this manager to come in to see what I can do, and the price magical seems to keep going down even though it is not where we told him we wanted to be. The experience left us very frustrated and ultimately turned off to Honda. I think we will take our business elsewhere. I have tried to call a couple of times but always get your voicemail. More
