I've purchased several cars in my lifetime, and I have to say none, that's right none of the dealers we've dealt with were so courteous, kind and respectful. Additionally, he was non-agressive, really listened to my questions/concerns, and even helped me look at competitor cars online to talk through pros and cons! Exceptional Customer Service I don't live close to Honda of Westport but Matt Pecor made the transaction very easy. He kept me updated on the status of the vehicle and even did a lot of the back end issues before I got to the dealership so I could drive my new vehicle the same night. He truly took his time explaining everything to me before I arrived so I was prepared when I got to the dealership. Once I got down to the dealership, the transaction was very smooth and I was able to leave with my new car. He truly goes above and beyond for his customers. It's nice to know that there are honest car salesman out there that just want to help customers and not looking at just the bottom line. I would def recommend Honda of Westport to family and friends. Abe in the finance department was great too. He was extremely friendly and helpful with all the finance information. When I decided I didn't want the extra insurance, he was able to have all the paperwork ready for me so I could just come in and sign the new documents. Honda of Westport has a very well run machine.
