This was my second time I’m visiting Honda of Westport in the past six months. In February, I bought a 2022 Pilot from Omier. Today, I walked out of the dealership again with a different 2022 Pilot due to an accident where the first one was totaled. I reached out to Omier a day or two after the accident and let him know I might need a new vehicle. If my first transaction in February was easy, this one was easier. Omier made sure everything I had in the original Pilot was included in this new one. He literally put me back in the same vehicle and made sure to set up my features for me, also. Although my husband is Ford truck guy, we will forever be loyal customers now and grateful to Honda of Westport and Omier for making this second car purchase of 2022 so easy and not taking advantage of us when we were already down. More
