It's been 8 years since I've bought a new car and he helped me to easily navigate the transaction, including my trade-in. H outstanding experience. I get an email from Honda Westport stating that I can trade my 2019 CR-V for a 2021 CR-V for an additional $15/month. I am approved but there is a wait time to get the car. While waiting, I get a second trade my 2019 CR-V for a 2021 CR-V for an additional $15/month. I am approved but there is a wait time to get the car. While waiting, I get a second email with the same offer BUT offering to pay an extra $6/month instead. I call the salesman, Alex Harmon, to tell him I prefer the second offer :) His answer: the second offer is a computer mistake, but that's not all: the first offer has changed, and it will be now an additional $35/month to trade my 2019 for the 2021. Is that even legal? More
