I worked with Luis Velez to renew my lease for a Honda Pilot. Everything went very smoothly. Called to ask about a vehicle I had seen online. I had been to several other Honda dealerships between CT and NY, and frankly, I was worn out by the process. He asked that I come in to take a gander at what he had because he was certain that he could match me to the car that I wanted. I was skeptical. I went in the next day because I was curious. I bought the first car he suggested and showed me, because he had actually LISTENED to me and as we looked at the car he kept saying, "when we spoke, you said you wanted..." It was what I wanted at a price my budget allowed. No bait and switch here. I am very happy with my purchase and relieved that the process only took 2-3 days, from call to visit and purchase/pick up. Kam was not pushy; He is professional, likeable and knowledgeable. Great guy and an honest salesperson. I will buy from him again and have already recommended him to my colleagues and friends. In the finance dept, I dealt with Matt. I hope I got his name right. He was very professional and personable. Very efficient and knowledgeable as well. Great experience. More
