Kam is the best We drove 2 hours to buy a new Honda Odyssey in Westport (thanks to a colleague who recommended this agency) and we are glad we did. All the obvious and necessary precautions to take during this season of COVID-19 were scrupulously observed. All the folks we met were polite and helpful. Especially so, was our salesperson, Kam. Am had all our paperwork, etc, prepared in advance, had shopped for the particular model and features we requested (and brought a car in from Massachusetts, for us). He was personable without being "pushy". All in all, Kam is a consummate professional in every way. Beyond the "sales" part, while one of us was tied up with the finance office, we had a great conversation with Kam that had a genuineness and authenticity about it that is not often associated with car salesmen. We would recommend Honda of Westport and Kam, in particular, to our friends and to anyone who seeks our advice. That said, in just two weeks of owning the car, we have received something like four recall notices on the vehicle! That is surely a disappointment. The correspondence from Honda suggests these are easy fixes; but we'll need to find a dealership closer to our home in NJ than Honda of Westport.. To do this we will no doubt call Kam and seek his counsel. More
