After years depending on someone else to make big purchases while I worked on improving my credit score, I was finally ready to purchase my own home and car which everyone knows is a scary, emotional purchases while I worked on improving my credit score, I was finally ready to purchase my own home and car which everyone knows is a scary, emotional and stressful event. I did all the necessary research on how to buy/lease a car, and sent out email too about 8 different Honda dealerships in my area. Luis from Honda of Wesport was the ONLY one who got back to me within the first hour (literally). He was friendly, informative, honest, and patient while I was in the middle of closing on my first home. During that time, he answered every email, every detail and concern of mine until the very end. Once my closing was finalized and I was ready to get my new Honda pilot, Luis went as far as offering me a loaner until my new car was delivered which I didn't even know was possible at dealerships. Lastly, when I picked up my new car (ahhhhh!!!!!) Luis had everything ready for me, so the entire process took no more than 20 minutes. He went over every detail of my new car and even set up my bluetooth. It was such a smooth transition to this new venture and for that I'm eternally grateful! I've officially joined the Honda family!
