However, we were not happy that my tire air pressure lights kept coming up even after going back for so many times. This was manufactured defects. I do not hold Ms Collard responsible. I would say that Ms Collard has helped to defuse my dissatisfactions. She is courteous and quite frankly my favorite front desk service officer in Honda Westport Service department.
