Luis Velez was assisting me with choosing the right vehicle and was beyond helpful. He answered every question I had, he let me take my time in deciding on vehicles, colors, trims etc and never felt rushed. Luis understood exactly what I wanted and needed in the car and never pushed me in another direction. He took the time to thoroughly explain different financial options and was very honest when presenting them to me. Luis was very clear and not once did I have a sense of doubt. John in Finance also assisted me with my paperwork and made signing a bunch of paperwork after an 8 hour day of work seem painless! He was to the point and professional. Very organized with all of the paperwork and he put it perfectly together for me in an envelope. Highly Recommend!! More
