Most impressed by his diligence in following up to make sure a deficiency (alignment) and missing items (second FOB) were taken care of promptly. User manual inadequacy led to confusion about how to set the memory driving positions, but Fred quickly clarified how to do it. I previously had service at Honda at Avenues that was very unsatisfactory and said I would never visit this dealership again. However, since I was in a time crunch I needed service and went there agains very unsatisfactory and said I would never visit this dealership again.
